DESCRIPTION:

We are attempting to get a CR (consistent read) buffer from the cache

and find the object id is zero generating this exception.

ARGUMENTS:

The number of arguments and their meaning vary depending on the Oracle

Server release.

Arg [c] RDBA

Arg [d] where the buffer was pinned

Oracle 10.2 and earlier
