ParnassusData Recovery Manager for ORACLE

ParnassusData Recovery Manager for ORACLE

We would like to purchase ParnassusData Recovery Manager for ORACLE, however, we want to clarify the database name that we need to key in:

Question: What should I key in here:

Background:

Here is the step we use to scan the database, it is a 12.1 CDB database with 2 PDB:

you can reference the prm.log and find the DB NAME , or actually if you know the SID , in most case the SID equal the DB_NAME.
otherwise you can find DB_NAME in alert.log

prm only support 12c CDB feature in non-dictionary-mode ,  if you're recovering 12c CDB/PDB , you have to use non-dictionary mode .
This is because the 12c CDB/PDB feature has changed the classic oracle dictionary structure.
